Parking for fleets entering new markets
We source, set up, and manage parking for growing fleets. You launch on time, and parking comes off your team's todo list.
Location sourcing
We find parking locations
The hard part of a new market is that the sites that fit a fleet are never listed. A broker can only show you what's on the market. We go find what isn't online.
You tell us the market, the vehicle count, and what the site needs to do. Our scout network does the searching. They talk to property owners and check things out themselves. It might be a parking garage, a lease lot, a mall's overflow, a church lot, or vacant land. As long as there is flat land, we look at it as an option.
You get back a short list of vetted locations that meet your requirements, with extra intel only we provide, such as risk scoring and cellular coverage data. You pick one. Nobody on your team searched listings, cold-called owners, or drove door to door.
Lot setup
Once you've picked a location, we get it ready
You give us a move-in date. We handle the paperwork with the provider and get your drivers set up with access. When the vehicles arrive, by car carrier or one at a time, we coordinate it. Your team and your drivers have parking instructions before anyone shows up.
Some sites need work before move-in. Reserved signs are the usual request. We can also install lighting, storage, and cell connectivity devices. We manage the contractor and the provider so the work gets done right. Nobody on your team has to chase it.
Ongoing management
Once a location is live, we stay on it
Parking a fleet is not a one-time job. Things come up at every lot, in every market. A vehicle gets a ticket. Someone parks in the wrong spot. The lot isn't cleaned, or a gate stops working. Each one is a call to the provider, and the provider calls back.
Those calls come to us instead. We sort it out with the provider and keep the relationship good on both sides. Your ops team hears about it once, when it's done. Drivers reach us directly, so a 6am access problem doesn't wait for your team to wake up.
What it should look like
One partner. One contact. One invoice.
You send your requirements. Someone who already knows the market goes and finds the sites. You pick one. It's set up before the vehicles arrive. Your ops team runs every market from one screen, finance pays one bill, and when something goes wrong at a location, one person picks up the phone. That is what we built.
